Izzie 3 yrs old black female /mix spayed 40lbs Issie is from S.F. Animal Care and Control where she was brought in as a stray. S.F.A.C.C. asked us to take her because she was too frightened and was not doing well there. Since we've taken her out things have gotten much better. Izzie has proven to be a really good dog. She is very sweet and listens very well. She knows most basic commands, is housebroken, and is very good with other dogs. She would make a very good second dog in a family. At the dog park she has done well with both people and dogs. We do not know about cats.
In her foster home Izzie has been a very good guest and has gotten along very well with their three dogs. She loves to play ball . For more information call Don at 650 359-0981

Golden Gate Lab Rescue along with Blue Cross Vet Clinic on Steiner in San Francisco placed my beloved service Dog Duke as a rescue while I was in the hospital. My former husband Jess Wilson lied and said I could not take care of Duke. I was applying to San Francisco Art University at the time and had arranged to take Duke with me. I have a home in Oregon that I bought for Duke. I am writing a book about Duke, what he accomplished, and what these people did to him. He was on longevity by springtime to keep him walking and running. I do not think he has what he needs to be pain free and flourish. What these people did to Duke is terrible. He is not an unwanted rescue but a beloved service dog.
